RULES AND REGULATIONS IMPLEMENTING

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 9904

Pursuant to Section 28 of Republic Act No.9904, the following Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Magna Carta for Homeowners and Homeowners’ Associations are hereby promulgated.
